The Role
We are currently seeking a skilled User Experience (UX) Developer to join our front-end development team. As a UX Developer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our digital footprint, driving the creation of high-quality, interactive user interfaces for our web and mobile platforms. You will be responsible for leading the UX implementation, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Your Key Responsibilities
1. Transform designs into high-quality, interactive user interfaces for our web and mobile platforms.
2. Collaborate with clinical, engineering, and product teams to ensure cohesive and consistent UX across all digital touchpoints.
3. Develop and maintain reusable front-end components using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js).
4. Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate on features.
5. Ensure consistent UX patterns across platforms and products, integrating seamlessly with our design system and healthcare compliance requirements.
6. Champion internal UX standards, accessibility, and responsive design principles.
7. Stay current with UX trends, healthcare tech regulations, and accessibility tools.

Your Ideal Profile
1. 3–5 years of professional experience in front-end development or UX engineering.
2. Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 (including preprocessors like SASS/SCSS), and JavaScript/TypeScript.
3. Experience with modern JS frameworks (React preferred) and component-based architecture.
4. Solid understanding of UX design principles, user flows, responsive layouts, and information architecture.
5. Experience working with design systems and tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
6. Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and performance optimization techniques is a big plus.
7. Excellent communication skills with a user-first mindset.

Nice to Have
Familiarity with UX research methods and tools.
Involvement in accessibility audits or remediation projects.
A portfolio showcasing accessible and user-friendly digital products.
