Real People Recruitment Limited is collaborating with a reputable healthcare provider in the Naas area, seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their finance team.
">About the RoleThis position offers a fantastic opportunity for a skilled financial professional to secure a stable, full-time role within a respected healthcare organization.
">Main Responsibilities- Process invoices and reconcile supplier statements for Accounts Payable & Receivable.
- Prepare and manage resident billing invoices, liaising with families and funding bodies.
- Ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of financial transactions through Bank Reconciliations.
- Handle payroll processing tasks, including staff wages, deductions, and payroll-related queries.
- Assist in monitoring budgets and managing financial flow through Budget & Cash Flow Management.
- Maintain compliance with financial regulations and support audits through Compliance & Audit.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team through General Administration.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably within a healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in Sage Accounting Software is essential.
- A qualification in accounting, finance, or a related field is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
