Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Estimator to join our team. As a Senior Project Estimator, you will work closely with the commercial and construction teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy to drive project success
  • Prepare tenders, analyze subcontractors, negotiate, and finalize subcontract orders to meet business objectives
  • Maintain accurate site records and document control to ensure compliance and transparency
  • Capture and manage site measurement records to inform project decisions
  • Collaborate with site management teams to influence and challenge commercial aspects of projects
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage stakeholders
  • Utilize technology platforms to streamline processes and enhance productivity
  • Be fully conversant with industry standards and methodologies, including the Standard Method of Measurement
  • Show ownership and commercial awareness to drive business growth
  • Exhibit effective time management, organizational, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to achieve project goals
Qualifications:
  • Educated to degree level and working towards relevant professional accreditation
  • Hold a JCT qualification or equivalent
  • Possess strong report and letter writing skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders
  • Negotiation skills to secure favorable outcomes
  • Experience with contract valuation and reporting
