- Identify and secure new client partnerships in the hospitality and events sector.
- Develop and implement a sector-specific growth strategy aligned with business targets.
- Tailor service offerings to meet the unique needs of hospitality clients.
- Industry Networking & Representation:
- Represent the agency at key industry events, trade shows, conferences, and awards.
- Build strategic relationships with stakeholders across industry bodies.
- Actively network to generate referrals and brand visibility in the sector.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities.
- Lead client onboarding, including service-level agreements and ongoing account management processes.
- Liaise closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of client requirements.
About You:
- You should have 5+ years' experience in business development, sales, or account management within the hospitality, events, or recruitment sectors.
