Lumen Search is currently hiring a talented Modular Site Operations Director to join a renowned Modular Construction company based in Co. Galway. As a vital member of the site team, you will be responsible for the efficient execution of large-scale modular building projects for primary and secondary schools. Your role will involve overseeing the coordination of site logistics, deliveries, permits, and site set-up to ensure seamless project delivery. You will work closely with project managers, design teams, and subcontractors to guarantee timely completion and adherence to safety protocols. Key responsibilities include managing site operations, maintaining health and safety standards, coordinating groundworks, M&E, and final fit-outs, and conducting regular site meetings to monitor progress and address any concerns.

To succeed in this position, you must possess 5+ years of experience as a Site Manager in construction, preferably with expertise in modular or off-site construction. Proven track records of delivering successful educational or public sector projects are highly valued. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with effective communication and leadership abilities, are crucial for success. Certification in Safe Pass, Manual Handling, and CIF Site Supervisor training is desirable, as well as a full driving licence.
