Job Title: Meetings & Events Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meetings & Events Expertise: Ensure seamless experiences for clients, from initial enquiry to final successful event.
  • Customer Champion: Manage relationships, handle enquiries, and meet client needs.
  • The Go-to Coordinator: Coordinate logistics, manage function sheets, and arrange catering.
  • Collaborate and Grow: Work closely with Sales Managers, Reservations, and Wedding Sales teams to deliver outstanding service.
  • Property Showcase: Lead property show-arounds and highlight stunning facilities.
Requirements:
  • A self-starter with proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Natural communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptable problem-solver who can handle reactive nature of the role.
  • Previous hospitality or sales-focused experience is a plus.
