Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support Senior Quantity Surveyors with cost/value reports
  2. Assist in the preparation and submission of monthly valuations
  3. Help prepare final accounts
  4. Negotiate accounts and quotations
  5. General administration duties
  6. Attend Site Meetings as required

You will need:

  1. A degree in Quantity Surveying or similar field
  2. Ideal candidate has 1 year's construction experience on-site or in consultancy practice
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  4. Excellent numeracy, verbal and written communication skills
  5. Ability to work as part of team but also independently
