Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team, responsible for the successful delivery of Installation Programmes and Projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing commercial projects, ensuring installation is H&S compliant, and collaborating with internal/external stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and quality outcomes.
2. Collaborate with Operations Team, Sales Team, and Installation Contractors to ensure effective project delivery.
3. Identify and mitigate project risk elements, taking prompt and decisive action to address any issues that arise.
4. Lead and support project team members, providing guidance and coaching as needed.
5. Track and report on project milestones and costs, maintaining accurate records and reports.
6. Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, communicating effectively to ensure transparency and trust.

Requirements:

1. Degree in an Engineering, Project Management, or Renewable energy discipline.
2. Minimum 3 years' experience in project management, preferably in the construction or renewables sector.
3. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
4. Organized, thorough, and diligent, with a high level of commercial awareness.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Project software, CRM, and Excel.
6. Solar or HVAC industry experience is desirable.
