Senior Nurse Practitioner Position

We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and skilled individual to take on a leadership role in our nursing team.
About the Role:This position involves providing leadership and clinical supervision to support the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide Clinical Supervision - Oversee the nursing team in delivering exceptional care to residents.
- Promote Excellence in Care - Ensure a person-centred approach is maintained in all aspects of resident care.
- Foster Independence & Well-being - Support residents to live fulfilling lives with dignity.
- Compliance & Best Practices - Assist in audits, inspections, and regulatory adherence to maintain excellence.
- Staff Development & Mentorship - Foster professional growth within the team through training and guidance.
- Registered Nurse with active PIN and An Bord Altranais registration.
- Minimum 6 years' post-registration nursing experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in a management capacity.
- Strong passion for gerontology and dementia care.
- Excellent clinical competence and leadership skills.
- Nursing Home experience preferred.
