About the Job:
As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for the efficient operation of polymer processing lines in Injection Moulding. You will work closely with production staff to ensure high-quality products and maintain company reputation by complying with all necessary regulations. Your strong technical knowledge of polymer materials and processes will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Efficiently set up and operate polymer processing lines in Injection Moulding
• Monitor and adjust machine parameters to optimize production
• Test batch quality and report any equipment malfunctions
• Collaborate with production staff to ensure high-quality products
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 O6 grades in Leaving Cert
• Polymer Technology Apprenticeship qualification or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar field
• Strong technical knowledge of polymer materials and processes
• Ability to work in a 4-cycle shift system
