We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team, responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and securing contracts for raw materials and finished goods to support our manufacturing and distribution operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and Contract Management: Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to ensure optimal costs, quality, and supply security.
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to drive performance, cost savings, and efficiency improvements.
  • Market Trend Analysis: Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for cost reduction and risk mitigation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement activities with business needs.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and sustainability initiatives.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3–5 years' experience in a strategic procurement role.
  • A proven track record of managing spend across multiple suppliers.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
