Job Title: Maintenance Manager

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical maintenance and management, with experience in leading teams to deliver effective and efficient maintenance services. They will be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance schedules, managing budgets, and supervising daily operations.

The Maintenance Manager will play a key role in ensuring the safety and regulatory compliance of our infrastructure, working closely with the Sustainability Team to improve energy efficiency and reduce costs. They will also be responsible for managing service contracts and vendor relationships, as well as developing and implementing reporting mechanisms to keep stakeholders informed.

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager who can provide strategic leadership and direction to our maintenance team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and make decisions quickly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a maintenance management role with a strong electrical background
  • Excellent working knowledge and understanding of maintenance systems; BMS Systems, HVAC Systems, Electrical and Mechanical plant services and installations, Emergency Systems
  • Excellent working knowledge of PV and renewable energy systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven project and people management skills
  • Ability to work, make decisions and give direction under pressure
  • Full driving licence
