Your Mission
  • Oversee and coordinate daily activities in the building, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Maintain open communication with Client Representatives, documenting interactions for reference.
  • Deliver exceptional services for events, prioritizing client satisfaction.
  • Ensure the availability of areas aligns with client needs, providing flexibility when required.
  • Manage and direct FM resources and staff, including subcontractors, to maintain high standards.
  • Monitor and implement quality service delivery, adhering to Schedule 14 requirements and other reports as needed.
  • Create schedules and task sheets for caretakers, cleaners, security personnel, and concierge staff.
  • Generate and complete reports to meet Schedule 14 demands and additional requests.
  • Evaluate and engage specialist contractors and suppliers, maintaining a high level of service quality.
  • Host routine meetings with Client Representatives, fostering strong relationships.
  • Carry out safety and quality duties, addressing audit and inspection report findings.
  • Participate in central management meetings and workshops, contributing to problem-solving and collaboration efforts.
  • Promote client satisfaction, achieving project targets in HSEQ, Sustainability, and Financial aspects.
  • Implement mobile devices and utilize the helpdesk system, along with other software solutions, to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
