Talent Acquisition Specialist in a multinational setting, responsible for leading full-cycle recruiting activities across Ireland Manufacturing and supporting strategic talent acquisition projects, processes, and programs to achieve business objectives.

  • Lead the recruitment process from start to finish for various roles within the organization, ensuring timely and efficient results.
  • Contribute to early career recruitment initiatives and collaborate with hiring managers to create attractive job offers that secure top talent.
  • Screen prospective employees via phone to assess their suitability for roles and manage the applicant tracking system.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with business partners and ensure a positive candidate experience through regular communication.

Essential Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, demonstrating academic excellence.
  • At least one year of experience in recruiting high-volume engineering and science roles, preferably with expertise in Workday Recruit.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, exercising initiative and professionalism.
