Key Job Details

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of videographer/photographer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in capturing high-quality images and video, with a focus on product and lifestyle photography.

Responsibilities:
  • Capture high-quality images and video showcasing sports and fitness equipment in action.
  • Plan, direct, shoot, and edit campaign content including ads, web, social media, showroom, and influencer activations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on incoming product for the photography calendar and manage the in-house studio.
  • Maintain our branded asset library and ensure visuals are easily accessible to internal teams.
  • Direct models/athletes ensuring compelling and safe presentation of strength and fitness narratives.
  • Edit video and photo content, perform retouching, and create campaign graphics using Adobe Suite, After Effects, Lightroom, Premiere Pro.
  • Stay current with videography/photography trends, emerging tools, and bring creative enhancements to our content workflows.
Requirements:
  • Relevant Experience: Proven track record in both photography and videography within sports, fitness, strength equipment, or e-commerce brands.
  • Technical Savvy: Skilled with camera systems, lighting setups, Adobe Suite, and comfortable directing post-production.
  • Physically Capable & Hands-On: Ready to lift and handle heavy product, manage studio setups, and actively participate on set.
  • Creative & Commercial Mindset: Combine artistic vision with strategic thinking - able to create content that sells and inspires.
