This is a pivotal position offering the opportunity to drive strategy, innovation, and compliance across all tax facets.

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee the firm's full tax service offering, leading and managing teams across various tax disciplines (corporate tax, VAT, payroll taxes, capital gains tax, etc.).
  • Provide strategic tax advice and planning to a diverse portfolio of clients, encompassing small and medium-sized enterprises to multinational corporations.
  • Ensure effective tax compliance, risk management, and cross-border structuring initiatives.
  • Support transactional work including mergers and acquisitions, succession planning, and due diligence exercises.
  • Mentor and develop the internal tax team, promoting growth and technical excellence.
  • Nurture strong relationships with revenue authorities and other external stakeholders.
  • Present regular updates to the board on tax matters, risks, and opportunities.
