Job Overview

Elk Recruitment is seeking a highly organized Building Site Supervisor to join our client's team in Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising building site staff and ensuring that projects are completed efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be able to manage site staff effectively. You will possess excellent communication skills and be able to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise building site staff.
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Resource and schedule work in line with project requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience working in a similar role.
  • Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of the construction industry.
  • Computer literate and familiar with MS Office, Project, or similar package.
  • Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Good communicator, both verbally and in writing.
  • Full Driver's license required.
