Machine Operator Job
Eflexes is currently recruiting for Machine Operators to join its world-class manufacturing facility in Shannon, Co. Clare.
This initial contract offers a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in a leading company, with the potential for a permanent position based on performance.
- Set up and operate machinery according to production requirements.
- Monitor machine performance, make necessary adjustments, and troubleshoot any issues.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
- Conduct quality control checks and adhere to reporting procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Understanding of production and processes.
- Good numerical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to work on a rotating 4-on, 4-off shift schedule (days & nights).
