Bar Manager Opportunity

The position of Bar Manager is now available in a dynamic and busy bar and venue in Dublin. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to step into a key leadership position in one of Dublin's most exciting venues.

Job Summary

This role involves managing the day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring smooth running across all departments. The successful candidate will lead a large team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high operational standards.

Responsibilities
  • Support the General Manager in the management of the venue, ensuring seamless guest experiences
  • Lead and motivate a large team to achieve business objectives
  • Oversee bar, floor, and event operations, driving sales and profitability through effective cost control, stock management, and promotional initiatives
  • Recruit, train, and manage staff, ensuring compliance with licensing, health & safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues in a professional manner
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a senior hospitality management role
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities, with a strong understanding of stock control, labour management, and profit and loss management
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to work evenings, late nights, and weekends as required
