Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Water Project Lead to manage complex water-related projects and programmes for key clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality projects within budget and on time.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical excellence, stakeholder satisfaction, and project success.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive project outcomes.
  • Oversight of project resources to ensure effective allocation and utilization.
  • Opportunities to work directly with client teams managing projects or programmes as part of a leadership role.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project management ideally within water, energy, or related utility/infrastructure sectors with at least 10 years post-graduate experience.
  • Industry-recognized project management qualification such as the APM's Project Management Qualification (PMQ) or similar.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build successful relationships with stakeholders.
  • A track record of proactive risk management and mitigation.
  • Passion for innovation and client service with ambitions to contribute to team growth and success within the sector.
