- Efficiently managing carer on-boarding, rosters, training/development, and overall carer welfare with support from your Regional Manager and Support Office.">
- Delivering 20-hour Carer Induction Training to prepare Carers for client care.">
- Monitoring daily activities using One Touch Care Management software, emphasizing safeguarding and compliance.">
- Communicating with the Support Office regarding Scheduling runs, Client Care, and HSE communication.">
- Identifying, monitoring, and managing training needs within your team by implementing a career development path in line with the HR strategy.">
- Ensuring Client Quality Assurance reviews are carried out and recorded in line with Homecare and HSE Standards.">
- Adapting to take responsibility for all reasonable duties supporting the provision of high-quality care.">
Requirements include:

- QQI Level 6 Health Services Supervisory Management Skills or higher.">
- Experience in Home Care or Community Care Sector in a Supervisory or Management role.">
- One Touch Care Management software experience is preferable.">
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.">
