Organizational Effectiveness Manager

Job ResponsibilitiesThis role involves designing and implementing strategic talent planning initiatives to support the organization's goals and objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing talent assessment processes to identify high-potential employees.
- Collaborating with leaders and HR stakeholders to develop and implement succession plans.
- Leading workforce planning efforts to mitigate talent gaps and ensure a smooth transition in critical roles.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required, graduate/Master's degree desirable.
- 15+ years of experience in HR or leadership roles with proven experience in program management, design, and delivery of global talent initiatives.
- Proven experience in talent planning, talent assessments, succession planning, and workforce planning.
