Job Title: Senior Validation Engineer - Hybrid

We are seeking an experienced Senior Validation Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, authoring, and execution of qualification and validation documentation, as well as cycle development studies. This is a challenging role that requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities include:
  • Designing and authoring qualification and validation documentation
  • Executing cycle development studies and qualification activities
  • Collaborating with production, maintenance, and quality representatives to ensure smooth execution of activities
  • Providing technical input into quality notifications and investigations
  • Performing root cause analysis to resolve machine and system issues
  • Serving as validation representative for cross-functional projects

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in cleaning validation, including CD & PQ of mobile vessels and parts washers
  • Relevant technical qualification(s) in Applied Pharmaceutical/Biological/Chemical sciences or applied Technical/Engineering qualification
  • Exception/Deviation Management and Change Control
  • Demonstratable experience of leading technical-related projects
  • Knowledge of process monitoring systems, automation systems, and operational intelligence within a GMP manufacturing environment
