Lead Mechanical Project Engineer Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Mechanical Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of mechanical engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project schedules in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate potential risks, and ensure timely completion.
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Conduct value engineering and project procurement activities to optimize project outcomes.
  • Manage project build reviews and interactions with contractors.
  • Design and model 3D structures using Autodesk software.
  • Evaluate the performance, reliability, and safety of final products.
  • Cultivate relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Perform quality control through inspections and snagging.
Essential Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills:
  • Relevant degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software systems.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in relevant mechanical engineering roles.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC and piping systems.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to generate detailed reports and presentations.
