FLI Precast Solutions is currently seeking a skilled Financial Accountant to join our busy and growing Finance team for a twelve-month maternity cover contract. This role reports to the Finance Director and is part of a wider finance team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the month-end process, ensuring accurate calculations of costs to assign to projects and performing monthly stock reconciliations.
  • Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, board pack preparation, and other monthly reporting.
  • Develop weekly payroll files and billing documents for clients.
  • Liaise with auditors and other third-party business contacts for quarterly audits.
  • Support system enhancement projects.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Must be a qualified or part-qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or similar).
  • Hold a minimum of three years industry experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment, or qualified through accounting practice.
  • Have knowledge and prior experience working with Finance ERP systems.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel capabilities.
  • Display an inquisitive mindset and willingness to learn.
  • Be able to work effectively within a team.
  • Demonstrate English language fluency, both written and spoken.
