Drive business growth by fostering strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for clients to leverage our products and services across all their lines of business, and anticipating client requirements and challenges.

As a Client Success Manager, you will be part of an ambitious and rapidly growing team, contributing to the development of a new financial services platform for a borderless world. You will have the opportunity to learn and progress in a friendly, dynamic and multi-cultural environment, and contribute to our European headquarters located in Dublin.

This role leverages a dynamic hybrid work approach, with three days per week spent collaborating in-office to drive maximum productivity and innovation.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Expertly manage a portfolio of accounts by developing relationships, managing stakeholders, and identifying advocates.
  • Identify opportunities for clients to further leverage our products and services, enhancing their operations.
  • Be proactive in strengthening existing client relationships, expanding adoption and usage of our products and services.
  • Anticipate client requirements and challenges, working towards a solution by acting on data-driven insights and strategic knowledge of the client's business.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Three or more years of experience in a Client Success or Account Management role
  • Proven track record in acquiring and engaging SME and Enterprise businesses to build profitable partnerships
  • Experience in Finance, Fintech, or Technology
  • Ability to see the big picture, understand key drivers of the business, and how they relate to each other to drive profitable growth and satisfy loyal clients
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth start-up environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
