This exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Co. Meath/Dublin West. As an HR Generalist, you will play a vital role in supporting the Management team and contributing to the success of Priority Placements Ireland Limited.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the Management team with HR-related matters
- Participating in recruitment and selection processes
- Preparing contracts of employment and assisting with employee induction
- Implementing Company policies and procedures
- Managing employee relationships and resolving conflicts
- Coordinating employee benefits and well-being initiatives
Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in HR
- Relevant qualifications (CIPD preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Employment Law and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
