Job Title:

Supervising Evening Cleaning Operations

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning activities in the evening shift.

  • Main responsibilities include coordinating daily operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, and managing personnel effectively.

About the Role:

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with HR and management teams on IR matters
  • Assist with employee recruitment and selection processes
  • Support site managers with day-to-day operations by delegating tasks as necessary
  • Complete timesheets and handle payroll queries
  • Absence management: track colleagues' attendance and upload sick certificates to files
  • Maintain accurate records of colleague files, including training documents and paperwork
  • Perform scheduled stock orders and audits
  • Ensure adherence to current Health and Safety legislation across all sites
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2-3 years' experience in a similar management or supervisory role
  • Fluent English language skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • A hands-on approach with ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Computer literacy
