Senior Mechanical and Electrical Engineer Manager Position

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Senior Mechanical and Electrical Engineer Manager to join our organization.
The Role SummaryWe are seeking an experienced engineer with strong leadership skills to manage a team of Mechanical and Electrical Engineers. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical systems, as well as experience in maintenance work, renovations, supervision, and technical approvals.
Key Responsibilities:- Effective management of maintenance work, including execution and delivery of maintenance activities.
- Provide first-line quality electrical and mechanical maintenance services.
- Carry out installation work on relevant systems and follow approved drawings.
- Maintain a safe working environment according to Health and Safety regulations.
- Minimize downtime on equipment through efficient root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques.
- Document all executed maintenance activities by the maintenance team on the system.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or degree equivalent.
- Proven problem-solving skills within a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with Mechanical and Electrical Preventive Maintenance (PPM).
- Strong risk management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to lead a team of engineers effectively.
