Job Opportunity:

The Land Development Agency seeks to maximise the supply of affordable homes in Ireland. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering landmark residential and regeneration projects across the country.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise construction works on-site and ensure contractors adhere to design specifications.
  • Coordinate contract interfaces and assess contractor claims and payment applications.
  • Record detailed reports of works completed, including photographic records where necessary.
  • Ensure all work recorded is approved prior to execution and document any mishaps or delays.
  • Attend regular site meetings and alert other site staff to matters affecting their work.
Requirements:
  • Hold a degree in Engineering or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Have satisfactory knowledge of civil engineering works, building construction, and project management.
  • At least 3 years' experience working as Site Manager or Resident Engineer with proven ability to deliver results.
  • Detailed experience in delivery of residential projects and direct experience in project management.
  • Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail.
