Cost Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Senior Cost Manager to join our team and lead residential project deliveries from feasibility through to completion.
About the Role:- Manage all aspects of cost planning and control, including preparing cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities.
- Lead procurement activities, including tender preparation and assessment.
- Monitor and report on project costs, cash flow, and variations.
- Prepare interim valuations and final accounts.
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide value engineering advice to maximise quality and cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with contractual, legal, and quality standards.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years post-graduate experience in a professional QS environment.
- Proven track record in residential project delivery.
- Excellent knowledge of Irish building contracts and procurement methods.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QS software tools.
