Job Overview

Project People is looking for a Business Analyst to join their team. The successful candidate will drive upstream analysis, define scalable solutions, and ensure business needs are translated into effective change across systems, processes, and operations.

  • The Business Analyst will analyze current workflows, identify root problems, and opportunities.
  • They will define future-state processes, support solution design, collaborate with stakeholders, shape clear, actionable requirements, and support technical change, configuration, and in-life enablement.
  • The role involves assessing cross-functional impacts, supporting delivery sequencing, contributing to business readiness, training, and launch planning.
  • Key skills required include experience in business analysis within complex programmes, expertise in gap analysis, process mapping, and solution shaping.
  • Strong technical literacy and stakeholder collaboration skills are also necessary.

Requirements

  • 5-10+ years' experience in business analysis within complex programmes
  • Expertise in gap analysis, process mapping, and solution shaping
  • Strong technical literacy and stakeholder collaboration skills
  • Experience in telecoms, marketplaces, or e-commerce is a plus
  • Familiarity with BPMN, agile frameworks, and low-code platforms
