Senior Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to spearhead our Sales team's growth strategy. As a key member, you will play a vital role in driving business expansion through targeted lead generation and strategic relationship building.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead Generation & Business Expansion
- Identify new business opportunities within the hospitality sector, guiding the sales process from initial contact through to closing.
- Account Management & Relationship Building
- Maintain and expand relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Collaboration
- Regularly work with other departments like Sales and Operations to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term success of business relationships.
- Sales Target Achievement
- Responsible for achieving or exceeding sales targets set by the organization.
- Record-Keeping
- E nsure all sales activities, leads, and client interactions are tracked and maintained accurately.
- Experience in B2B sales within a dynamic organization.
- Background in the Hospitality sector is advantageous.
- Demonstrates a customer-centric mindset.
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills.
- Excellent communication skills (phone and one-to-one).
- Goal-oriented with high drive and energy.
- Analytical thinking and excellent problem-solving skills.
