Job Title: Retail Store Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated leader to oversee all aspects of store operations, lead and motivate the team, manage inventory, ensure compliance with regulations, handle customer inquiries, develop strategies to increase sales and profitability, monitor financial performance, and recruit and train staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth and efficient store operations by prioritizing tasks, managing resources, and implementing process improvements.
  • Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service by providing coaching, training, and feedback.
  • Manage inventory, including ordering, stock control, and merchandising, to minimize waste and maximize sales.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies by conducting regular audits and implementing corrective actions.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner by listening actively, resolving issues promptly, and escalating concerns when necessary.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase store sales and profitability by analyzing data, identifying trends, and making informed decisions.
  • Monitor financial performance and prepare reports for senior management by tracking expenses, revenues, and key performance indicators.
  • Recruit, train, and develop store staff to maintain high standards of performance by creating job descriptions, conducting interviews, and providing ongoing training and development opportunities.
  • Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and adequately staffed at all times by scheduling tasks, delegating responsibilities, and monitoring progress.
