Job Overview

A+F Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Governance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will provide company secretarial and governance services to clients across various industries.

Main Responsibilities

  • Arrange, attend, and minute directors' and shareholders meetings
  • Prepare minutes, resolutions, and corporate transaction documents
  • Maintain statutory registers using Diligent software
  • Prepare and file Companies Registration Office (CRO) forms
  • Liaise with the Registrar of Companies on corporate matters

Qualifications and Experience

We are looking for candidates with a Business, Law, or Accounting degree and Chartered Governance Institute qualification (qualified or part-qualified). Previous experience in a law firm, financial services, or in-house role is essential.
