Job Title: Visual Merchandising Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Visual Merchandising Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a visually appealing sales floor, ensuring that products are stocked and presented in an attractive manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers on the sales floor, assist them in locating merchandise or direct them to a specialist if needed
  • Check in, price, and put up stock
  • Keep merchandise on display floor fronted, full, and assist with image responsibilities daily
  • Change displays according to guidelines, update planograms, complete price label changes, and ensure sale signs are in place
  • Remove all sale material when sale ends and restore original pricing
  • Assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and overstock returns
  • Work with manager to complete weekly inventory and merchandising tasks
  • Occasionally serve as a cashier or drive a delivery vehicle to make deliveries when business needs dictate

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to clearly read, write, and match numbers and letters from various sources
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to work well with others in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous stocking experience
  • Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle
  • Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
