The Role:

  • This role requires strong leadership skills with a passion for delivering results and developing others within the team.

Requirements:

  • Senior-level experience or partnership background in corporate insurance law is essential.
  • A strong track record in Irish/EU regulatory matters and multi-jurisdictional M&A is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Advising on complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and equity investments.
