About This Role

In this key position, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive performance test plans, collaborating closely with architects and developers to drive project-based and feature-based deliverables. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying and debugging software issues, gathering system captures and log information, and providing actionable insights to development teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing test configurations to validate product performance
  • Developing and maintaining complex test infrastructure to support large-scale testing
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements
  • Providing cost estimates and resource planning for future test efforts

We're seeking an experienced professional with:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • Significant experience in creating and executing test plans and developing and maintaining test infrastructure
  • Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle, testing methodologies, and processes
  • Defect detection, debugging, and regression skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced, dynamic team

Requirements
