We are seeking an experienced tax consultant to join our team. As a tax consultant, you will be responsible for providing innovative solutions to clients across a wide range of corporate tax consultancy, structuring, M&A advisory transactions, tax efficient financing, business succession planning, and personal tax planning.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing comprehensive experience across the full spectrum of Private Business services
- Working on a wide range of corporate tax consultancy, structuring, M&A advisory transactions for Private businesses, tax efficient financing, business succession planning, and personal tax planning
- Collaborating with peers and colleagues at every level to deliver quality experiences to clients
You will have the opportunity to engage in every facet of the Private Business offering and grow and develop as a trusted private tax adviser in an encouraging, inclusive environment.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 5 years of experience in tax consulting and compliance services
- A strong academic record with a degree from any discipline and AITI/CTA qualified
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to understand complex tax matters
- Demonstrates success as a tax technical business advisor; identifying and addressing client needs, building and maintaining client relationships, communicating value propositions
