Strategic Product Leader - Messaging and Verification Services

As a Strategic Product Leader with our Wholesale team, you will be responsible for shaping the next generation of messaging and verification services. You will lead the full product lifecycle from strategy to go-to-market across SMS, RCS, mobile verification, and related services.

  • Manage strategic partnerships, negotiations, and collaborations for long-term growth.
  • Owning business development, managing budgets, and delivering financial reports and forecasts.
  • Driving onboarding of operator and partner services, including negotiations and technical integrations (SMPP, REST APIs).
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations like GDPR, industry standards (e.g., 10DLC, DLT).

You will work closely with engineering, commercial, and regulatory teams for seamless product delivery. Your market intelligence skills will help you enhance features and identify growth opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • 5–8 years' experience in product or business development, preferably in telecom or messaging.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing business development, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Technical knowledge of messaging protocols (SMPP, RCS, REST APIs), telecom infrastructure, and mobile verification standards.
