Bar Server

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Bar Staff member.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing exceptional customer service.

• The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that regular guests are known and greeted accordingly using their name.
• They will also need to have a good working knowledge of food and wine, and be able to make recommendations.
• Additionally, they must be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.

• To deliver excellent customer service by being attentive, knowledgeable and responsive to guests' needs.
• To work efficiently and effectively in a high volume / fast paced environment.
• To be aware of sales opportunities and maximise revenue wherever possible.

• A proven track record of working in a high volume / fast paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
