The role involves developing new and existing customers for our road transport service offering, focusing on hunting and securing new business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new and existing customers across multiple sectors in the Irish market.
- Create and lead tender responses.
- SUPPORT the inside sales, marketing and product manager in acquiring new customers.
- Maintain accurate sales information records.
- Regularly report on sales activity and business developments.
We are seeking an individual with strong sales experience in freight forwarding, good knowledge of road freight and logistics, either UK/Ireland or European. The successful candidate should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as commercial-negotiating skills.
