Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. This role involves the design, development, testing, and continuous improvement of HVAC products. You will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet the highest industry standards.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop HVAC components and systems, including heat exchangers, air handling units, and refrigeration systems.
- Conduct performance testing, thermal analysis, and CFD simulations to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Work closely with production teams to ensure manufacturability, cost-effectiveness, and quality of HVAC products.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 35 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in the HVAC industry or a similar manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar). Knowledge of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and heat transfer. Understanding of manufacturing processes (sheet metal fabrication, welding, injection molding).
