Job Description

The Unified Communications Product Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of customer communication and collaboration, ensuring seamless integration across voice, video, messaging, and conferencing platforms.

This individual leads the development, delivery, and lifecycle management of the UC product portfolio, driving growth and capitalizing on the shift from legacy technologies to SIP and Collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities include defining and owning the UC product roadmap, monitoring market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate customer and business requirements into clear product specifications.

Additionally, this role involves acting as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback through direct engagement, surveys, and usage analytics, and closely aligning with Group Product Teams on strategy and future roadmap opportunities.
