Culinary Expert

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and producing food of exceptional quality, adhering to recipes and presentation standards. They will be responsible for the day-to-day running of their section and ensuring that all staff are aware of functions, banquets, and stock control.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Hold a formal qualification in Professional Chef/Culinary Skills
  2. Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie in a 4 or 5 Star Kitchen
  3. Passion for food and interest in Fine Dining Environment
  4. Excellent communication skills
  5. Legally eligible to work in Ireland
