Property Portfolio Manager

The Property Portfolio Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the company's commercial property portfolio, comprising a vast array of assets, including buildings and lands.

As a strategic and operational position, this role requires forging strong professional relationships with tenants and stakeholders to ensure optimal returns on investment.

Key responsibilities include leading contract negotiations, conducting rent reviews, facilities management, evaluating new business opportunities, maintaining existing agreements, and ensuring revenue targets are met.

Internal collaboration and representation of properties' interests across the organisation are also essential aspects of this role.

Negotiating complex deals with internal stakeholders, customers, and partners to secure revenue growth, negotiate rent reviews, and protect business interests are critical skills for this position.

Representing the property portfolio's interest with external stakeholders and negotiating agreements/contracts/licenses in place and executed are also key responsibilities.

Establishing and implementing strategies to maximise value across the portfolio and driving sustainable revenue growth through new business solutions are further objectives.

Supporting the development of infrastructure through capital investments and managing customer relocations for seamless delivery is crucial.

Ensuring compliance with company standards, legal requirements, health & safety regulations is a vital aspect of this role.
