As a senior financial modeler, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and review of complex financial models.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and transactions services.

  • Develop and review detailed financial models utilizing advanced Excel techniques.
  • Lead the review of financing arrangements, business plans, and financial statements.
  • Prepare complex reports and presentations for clients, utilizing your expertise to advise and educate them on financial model projections and answer queries.
  • Deliver presentations to C-suite clients based on financial models and provide guidance on financial model projections.

Requirements:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced financial modeler with at least 4 years of experience in financial modeling, preferably from an M&A, corporate finance, or transactions services background.

A relevant postgraduate degree or professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CFA is preferred but not essential. We are looking for someone with excellent analytical and communication skills, who can build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
