Effective Technology Controls Manager

This is a senior leadership position responsible for designing, implementing, and automating technology controls to ensure efficient operations. The role focuses on developing strategic plans that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop long-term strategies to drive technological advancements and enhance control frameworks.
- Design and implement control mechanisms to mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed controls within technology processes.
- Identify gaps in existing controls and develop solutions to mitigate risks effectively.
- Oversee the development and execution of rigorous testing programs to validate effectiveness and adherence to standards.
- Ensure timely identification, escalation, and remediation of control deficiencies.
- Partner with internal audit and external assurance teams to support technology control reviews and audits.
- Drive the implementation of advanced automation solutions to improve control efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Graduate degree preferred.
- Minimum 7-10 years proven experience in leadership roles, preferably in technology control design and automation.
