**Job Title:** Property Maintenance Manager

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Property Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in property maintenance to progress their career.

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management and administration of residential investment properties. Key tasks include dealing with general maintenance issues, liaising with owners, landlords, tenants, and contractors, conducting property inspections, handling owner and tenant queries, advising clients on housing standards, and liaising with property managers.

 

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong knowledge of landlord/tenant law, including RTB, rent increases, and notice periods. Experience with Letman & Fix Flo system would be beneficial, but training can be provided if required.

 

You must have a valid driver's license and use of your own car. Proficiency in common computer programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and excellent problem-solving and time management skills are essential.
