About the Role

HiredScore is seeking a passionate and experienced Technical Consultant to serve as the primary liaison for technical inquiries, both internally and with esteemed clients. As the face of our company, you will be pivotal in presenting our technology, devising solutions for client obstacles, and addressing their queries and requirements with assurance and efficiency.

This role involves articulating HiredScore's technology seamlessly and aligning it with clients' current HR Tech Stack. You'll work closely with clients and partners to solve technical challenges regarding their unique environment and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Act as the professional source for all HiredScore integration through the Project implementation including Pre-sales, Sales & Post-sale for new and existing clients.">
  • Deep technical understanding of all relevant systems integrated with HiredScore (e.g., ATS, CRM, HCM, etc.).">
  • Client-facing - Including presenting and explaining our technology, integration, IT, Security architecture, and Answering formal questionnaires (including Infosec, RFP, Data Privacy Evaluation, etc.).">
  • Leading improvements and Enabling our sales and engineering process (via tools, processes, and other initiatives), Creating documentation, whitepapers, and other supporting material for internal and client usage.">

About You

">

We're looking for a motivated individual with 4+ years of experience in technical or Project Implementation Management, Experience with external client-facing global enterprise, Must have experience implementing SaaS / have worked in a Software Delivery environment of large-scale projects.

Our ideal candidate should have demonstrated ability to handle day-to-day work challenges confidently; adjust to shifting priorities, Identify and solve technical and operational issues during implementation.

  • Experience with project management tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, Monday, and Documentation repository.">
